No problems with 9 here either. In the beginning, it definitely took a little more pressure to get that 9th round in but once the mag has been used a little it is no problem.
That alone is enough reason for me to vote for him. I find his stance on the other issues to be the plus.
I've never understood why so many people on this forum are opposed to Ron Paul since he is likely the most pro-gun politician in Washington.
I don't care if things like the Patriot Act never personally effect me or even if they never personally effect any other innocent person. Even if the Patriot Act was proven to have prevented something worse than 9/11, I would still be against it. It is unconstitutional. If you think we need it...
Same thought here. The government could lock me in a padded room and keep me safe until I pass on naturally from old age but I would rather be out in the world going where I want and doing what I please... even if it means a terrorist might blow me up when I'm shopping in the mall. That is a...
I'm not sure if this was posted yet. I didn't see it in this thread anywhere:
Ron Paul Tops McCain in Cash on Hand
July 06, 2007 1:14 PM
ABC News' George Stephanopoulos Reports: Though often regarded as a longshot candidate for president, Republican Ron Paul tells ABC News that he has...
Yeah, it looks like they have him dialed in based on his offical platform. It is obvious Romney's official platform is full of a lot of bullcrap when based on his record.
Just like someone else here said, the only reason some of these candidates are registering large percentages is because...
Maybe, but what candidates are the answers directing us towards?
At the board I found the link on most people were posting their results with various Democrats at the top. Here it seems like the opposite is happening with various Republicans or Libertarians being at the top. Same quiz.
Since "the lesser of two evils" is really our only choice, then why not choose the quicker and less painful suicide (of our rights) as opposed to the longer and more drawn out one?
Maybe we need to adopt a "get over with since it is coming anyways" type attitude? Just a thought.
I found this 25 question test on another board. The multiple choice questions seemed fair (covered both sides) and it was giving back pretty good results for those who took the test.

Here's my results:
You are right. I'm voting for Paul in the primaries but after the rest of the country wrongly puts forth Rudy McRomney instead of the best man for the job, I'll re-register as a libertarian and vote for the libertarian candidate in the general election.
No more "lesser of two evils" for me.
I was reading that is one of the reasons so many people believe Ron Paul is unelectable. He doesn't play politics and won't horse-trade for votes.
I know I'm sick of all the politics but you have to wonder if everyone else really is when the most popular candidates in the polls are those who...
So true. :( I think that is the main reason I decided shortly after the last presidential election that I'm never again going to vote for the lesser of two evils. I will keep keep voting but I prefer to give my vote to someone who actually deserves it, like Paul. I really don't care anymore if...
You have to love this new article on MSNBC where they rank the republican presidential candidates:
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/16711064/
They rank Ron Paul dead last and their entire explanation for doing so: "Just please stop e-mailing us. Thanks."
Notice also their factors for the...
Here's a clip from Bill Maher on the debates:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v3pOFxD_ddI
And, yeah, Maher is a LINO (Libertarian in name only). His stance that both the war on drugs and war on Iraq are bad decisions is really probably the only thing he has in common with Ron Paul but it is...
Yeah, I mainly went off of this for giving McCain "Anti-Gun":

2006 Rating: F--
And this for giving Newt Gingrich an Anti:

D rating.
