If you move out of California, is there a way to un-register your guns? Even though the federal government doesn't keep records (or at least isn't supposed to), I know the state and city/county does.
It seems that the questions they ask verbally roughly match the questions answered on paper. So I'm wondering why they even ask the verbal questions, and why the differences in wording.
