I have both the Kimber Ultra and the Springfield Ultra V10. I Like them equally. I have a slight preference for the Kimber which feels like it's got a 3 lb trigger. It's very smooth. The Springfield is slightly heavier so recoil is felt less. I have complete faith in both.

Of all the toys in my collection, my favorite one is still an 1875 Remington in .44 that's in 90-95% condition. It's been in my family for 3 generations and I still marvel at how good it looks (ignoring the 4 notches under the barrel of course).
I agree with dogbonz regarding Kenpo. I took it for 5 years and don't regret it a moment. Some of the most fun was when our sensei had us wear street cloths and then try and go through full contact drills.
