    223 case trim length

    extra - add on to previous post forgot to add something - would trimming the case to 1.770 be acceptable? Would this be too long, or not long enough because I know that the case upon firing will stretch at least 2/1000 and I have heard that a 20/1000 gap is sufficient. What are your opinions...

    Anyone reload Black Hills 223?

    I also got a box of blackhills ammo with the LC brand brass and I threw it all away. after 1 reload, at least 15 where cracked but all of the other brand of brass was in good shape.

    I'm new into reloading, and wondering how often it is necessary to resize my cases. I know this prolly asked alot, but I couldn't find anything about it anywhere, so I appreciate your response.
