The Infidel holster has the advantage of easy on - easy off if you need that kind of option. The MTAC takes a little time to put on and take off. I have both and the MTAC is the more comfortable by far, but if I am going to have to take it off and then put it back on I use the Infidel...
great feeling
That is a great feeling, to make your own, and they work ! I started reloading last year and this year I am using my reloads in 4 major matches, 3 IDPA and one Carbine Match. Stay focused, stay safe, and enjoy.
thanks, George
I have had a CW 9 for over a year. I had some feeding problems until I ran about 200 rounds through it and no problems since. I am happy with the pistol considering what I paid for it. It is an entry level product. I carry it in a DeSantis Scorpion IWB holster. The barrel is just too long...
I go back 10-12 feet minimum to get a good reading. Much closer than that and the readings are all over the place. Also light is important. Are you outdoors....watch for shadows..
thanks, George
Great
That is just flat GREAT ! Did you get all of the parts you added from the same manufacturer or mix and match from different companies ?
thanks, George
compete and enjoy
I am not sure what the laws are where you are, but if you can work it out, then compete in IDPA and enjoy. At the range where we shoot, they have little lockers where you can store your weapon and so forth. They look a lot like the school lockers before backpacks came along...
Besides looking kinda out-of-place in a lot of situations, carrying a loaded handgun inside that hidden pocket thingy is not real comfortable. First you need the hidden holster that fits in there on the velcro stuff and then you find that the whole thing kind of pulls way down....so you need...
Try Tac Pro Shooting Center, they have a web site with a calendar. They are West of Weatherford and I understand they are having a 3 gun match May 12.
Thanks, George
I have the Action Shooter 3000, and it's OK, it works fine. I wish I had something different. Our IDPA club uses the CED8000 and I really like that, especially the ability to practice silently using the ear phones.
Thanks, George
After the feedback here and on another forum, we are looking more at the little pager sized repeaters rather than the BIG BOARD type. Thanks for your help.
George
Does anyone have any experiece with the CED " BIG BOARD " display operating wireless ? We are considering one for our IDPA club and I would like some input from people who have used one.
Thanks, George
I really like my Kimber conversion kit, but it is a little picky on ammo. I found Federal " AUTOMATCH BULK PACK " at Wally World and it works just fine and is a lot cheaper than CCI Min Mags, etc. I also have found that a little more lubrication than I normally use helps also.
Thanks, George
