Long range to me means 250 + yards. So does 'parallax adjusted' mean that for ranges less than and greater than 150 yards that there will be parallax error to deal with?

I am considering a purchase of the Leupold VX-3 4.5-14 CDS scope. It does not have any way of adjusting for parallax. Will this be an issue when using 14x for longer range shooting on this scope? Thanks.
