15 years ago you could go and find deals, not any more in my observations. If i need parts (no place around here carries parts for ANYTHING other than AR's) I just order online. I want to support my local guys and buy from them, but they have no intentions of stocking anything I want/need...

Stupid does happen..... I have had one ND in my life. I racked the slide observed an empty chamber, dropped the slide and then dropped the mag....... (see the problem here) pointed it in a safe direction and pulled the trigger. BAM right though the floor. Like I said, stupid does happen...

Nothing to do with the rifle..... It's the guy behind it that counts. You just happened to have two that couldn't shoot. I hunt with an AR. It's light, accurate and I'm very good with it. I also only have a 10 round mag in it to keep it light and handy.

I have a YHM AR in 7.62X39 that is amazingly accurate and runs flawlessly. Ever since C Products figured out the mags the 7.62 AR's are losing that unreliable title. My Colt 7.62 upper also ran perfectly with the C Product mags. Now YHM also makes mags that are very reliable as well.

Unless you have a Tax stamp for an SBR it's illegal everywhere to put a stock on a Glock pistol.

In the upcoming season I know the guy Chris Tilly. He's a really nice guy and I have shot with him several times at USPSA matches. He has also done some one on one coaching with me. All in all a very level headed guy that is amazing to watch shoot!!!

I just bought three consecutive numbered pistols last week here in NC and had no extra paper work to go along with the purchase. I have a CHL so that may have made a difference. And YES I HAD to have them because they are consecutive numbers..... I don't know why I just did....
