As others have said they are probably good. I am shooting a few primers left over from the late 80's. They spent a year in an outdoor storage unit in a cardboard box. I didn't know they were there until we finally moved and unpacked it. I have some powder I still use that is that old too.
I used the Workmate solution too. I bolted plywood to the top to mount the press and bolted a piece of plywood to the legs to widen the stance. I stored all my components on the plywood on the floor to add weight.
I'm not sure about the S&W oil with Cerflon. I wanted to try some but have not gotten around to it yet. I do use the liquid wrench dry lube with Cerflon for inside mag housings and such. So far it seems to work well.
