Try to cut them with a side cutters or wire cutter they are harder than wheel weights but look just like them. And you can cut right through the soft stick on weights. Keep the whole thing under 650 deg and anything left floating is not lead.

With my ced I can read it at 100 yards with a scope set on 9 power. was testing bc at the time.

Neck die problem if the loaded rounds work whenthey are fl resized.

I think hornady makes one for the 50 bmg that might be in your range.

Before loading the bullets check the oal of just the bullets and see how much difference there is.
