    351pd noise?

    its just the hammer block, mine will shake too. The "other" noise it makes is like sticking a needle in your ear!

    JW thanks for the heads up, that sure is a strange malfunction. I always wonder about advertised vs real velocitys. The BW cyl gap may have an impact vs the S&W. Wish I were getting at least 1250 from the BW like the NAA site has. Probably just different lots of ammo.

    I think this is directed at a situation such as the Va. Tech shooter, Cho, who was ordered to get Psyc. counseling at some point prior to the shootings. So involuntary committment to OUTPATIENT treatment ordered by a judge would apply with this bill, where under the current laws, it would not...

    Kel-Tec P3AT .380 range report

    I got a recent made 3at too and it functions 100% now with over 250 rds fired. I even tried to limpwrist it and it just fired away. So it looks like I got a good one. Try using Ballistol, it dries to a nice film, wont collect dirt and has other properties which I like.

    compact 9mm comparison

    Not too clear on the "too many gadgets" thing. More aftermarket accessories is a good thing, lots of choices. Not many with the S&W. The Glock 9mm pistols all take the same type mag, so you can reload a G26 with G17 mags. S&W makes very nice revolvers though.....

    Carbon 15 vs. OA98 Carbine

    I like the carbon 15s, but I have had many feeding issues despite 4 returns to the old Professsional Ord factory. From reviews, I dont think the Bushmaster models are much of an improvement. I now have a Colt pencil barrel, its the way to go.

    Black Widow or Mini Mag?

    YES, Black Widow. Better sights, longer bbl=more energy,easy to change grips. My BW can shoot 5" groups at 25 yds from a rest. CCi +V goes about 1250 fps.
