Desantis If you are not hung up on having a leather holster the Desantis "Nemesis" is an excellant choice at about $15. I have one for my S&W AirLite 360PD and one for my Kahr MK9. The holster sticks like fly paper even in a baggy pocket and the draw is as smooth as silk.

I find that my wrist would have to be so twisted to misalign the front sight to one side or the other that I can only do it if I intentionally try to. It is totally unnatural.
