What?? Max penetration about 9 inches for #4 buck? *Average* penetration for #4 buck is at least 12 inches.

Missing will not be a problem for me at HD distances. And the walls and distance between my house an neighbors makes collateral damage a non-issue anyway.
I'd like to get a +2 mag tube extension for my Benelli Supernova Tactical. As cosmetics are important for my guns, the tube absolutely cannot go out further than the barrel.
What would you recommend? Nordic or TracStar?
Thanks
The only guarenteed way to physilogically stop a determined attacker is to hit his CNS, which means the spine or brain. You're much more likely to do that to a BG before he's able to harm you with 12 pellets of 00 per trigger pull than 1 223 bullet per trigger pull.
Hawk:
It's an entirely different situation when the projecticles from the shotshell on average penetrate as much as the deepest penetrating 223 rounds in ballistic gel.
A good short barreled shotgun like the Benelli SNT or M4 is the best home defense weapon out there IMO. Load it with 12 pellet 00 buck shells; that way you don't lose any capacity yet you're throwing 3 more .33 pellets at the BG per pull of the trigger. You are much more likely to hit the CNS...
I have tiny hands like the guy in the burger commercial, so it's just about impossible for me to point the gun forward and down, pull back the slide, and press the slide stop lever up with my thumb. I get very little leverage that way.
So with the mag and chamber empty, I'd been practicing...
Deanimator, thanks for the info
I'm planning on ordering a Wilderness Tactical Frequent Flyer belt to go with a Don Hume 715 for concealed carry. You think the 1 1/2 would be more secure?
I'm looking to order one of these to go with a Don Hume 715 clip holster but before I order, I need to know what width I should select.

I can't find any info on the Don Hume website...
I'm looking for a good holster for my Glock 26. The Alessi Talon looks sharp and I like the fact that it can be used without a belt (at least according to the company). Anyone here have one? Are they comfortable to wear while sitting? Unfortunately the site doesn't site what size belt width it...
How about the regular Alessi Talon?
BTW thanks for the info about Alessi. They look like very good quality holsters that can be used without a belt. A little more expensive than I'm looking to spend, but if their clip is much more secure without a belt than Don Hume or Bianchi, maybe I'll...
