I was just at the sporting goods store today looking at home defense guns and saw a Remington 870, tactical shotgun that looked really nice.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
I have only had my CCW permit for a few weeks and carry everyday.
I now would feel naked without a gun on me.
A quick story....
I was pulled over for speeding a few weeks ago, at this time I had my permit but not my gun. He let me know that I should ALWAYS have my gun because you never know...
For those of you that own the M&P 340 and have the CT grips, do you find that they are comfortable?
When I tried them at the store it felt a little short in length.
I am getting ready to buy the M&P 340 and now am just deciding on the laser grips.
Thanks!
We are looking to purchase a Beretta 90-two and it comes in a 9mm & .40 but we are having a hard time deciding which one.
Which one would you buy?
(By the way we already have one 9mm gun)
Thank you all so much for the suggestions.
I looked on the corneredcat site and really think it was helpful info. I will try it with my hubby's gun this weekend.
Like NCMom says it's just good to know how to use both type of guns.
Thank you!!!!! all of you are so helpful! :-)
Great site Odd Job, it really helps. Thank you!
Drail, I have one revolver and am buying another as well but was considering a pistol just for the bullet capacity, gotta stock up if Obama gets it. :-)
I am considering buying a semi-auto gun but am worried about handling the weapon.
I tried pulling the slide to the rear my husbands 9mm Kahr & a little Ruger and with both I really had difficulty pulling it back.
Do any of you have wives that use semi-automatics or if you are a woman do...
I am not opposed to getting a .357 being I can load it with .38s I just wasn't sure that a .22 would do the job.
I just looked online at the S&W site and saw a few that looked pretty light weight.....
- 642
-442
-M&P340
Any opinions on these guns?
Hello!
Well you all helped me with my first decision on buying my Ruger SP101 and I just got it out of lay away and will be shooting this weekend. :D
Now I am considering buying a lighter carry and was looking at the S&W 317, 22LR. Do you think that a .22 is enough to take someone down...
