    Powder measure kit scoops inconsistent with the included chart?

    I've got a set of powder measuring scoops (Lee I think). The problem is the chart says an "039 scoop" should be 4.8 grains of 700x, but that scoop weighs out to something like 8-9 grains where an "020 scoop" weighs out to close to 4.8 grains. Any idea what the discrepency is? I assume when...

    i'm not too happy with the way my rockchucker catches (or doesn't) the primers as they come out. I've got the black plastic deal in place but doesn't seem to catch the primers unless i hold the thing up against the shaft the shell holder is on would something like this work better...
