Hi-Val only sells "armor piercing" rifle ammo. Rifle ammo, classified as "armor piercing" or not will go through light body armor. Heck, someone with those nasty sniper rifels can make an easy head shot. The questions I would have is how many cops were killed with "armor piercing" ammo fired...
