Mike I just executed a search for .308/7.62 x 51 NATO. The Cabelas link resolved to:

which is 7.62 x 39. I imagine the problem is on Cabelas side but thought I would point it out in case...
Question while were on the subject and not to hijack but "when it is time" and I am sure it has been covered I have not been able to find it but how would you dispose of an inop un salvageable firearm ?:scrutiny:
well customer service told S out of luck it was built after they bought Rossi...best he could suggest was call M&M gun-smithing to see if they can repair, dont think I will bother..too bad
This morning I woke up still worrying about this thing sitting here loaded and was able to manipulate the trigger down carefully and unload this thing...spent casings are in good shape (3) I think trigger and cylinder were dislodged enough to make things difficult, now for the games to beging...
