Yeah, I think you probably got a defective knife. I have one and have no doubt it will do the things that people say it can. It is a very stout knife.
I would just send pictures to Gerber like a previous poster stated.
I was not saying they were not serviceable. Just saying I am happy with the one I have, and have not had to do any work to get it look OK.
I'm sure the Smiths are nice.
The Centerfire gun is from Armscor, which is made in the Philippines. (Couldn't tell if you were seriously asking or if you...
Those look pretty rough. You can get a NIB 38spl from here http://www.centerfiresystems.com/AC-M200.aspx for 180.
I have the 2inch model and it has worked flawlessly.
I actually sent an email to my AG (Jack Conway, KY) telling him to keep up the good work.
I would suggest people do the same if their AG is on the list.
Thats unfortunate, black, white, etc. you pull a gun on me i'm going to drop you (or at least try very hard to). This looks like text book self defense to me, other than the "race" issue.
I have some Russian Salut pistol powder, but I was wondering if, in a pinch, it could be used for reloading a rifle cartridge like .223 or .308.
Would this be dangerous?
I am assuming this would be a bad idea, but if there was no other option would it work?
Thanks
The review doesn't look to favorably towards it. Any one with first hand information on this ammo.
One review isn't enough for me not to buy some but, I would like some other first hand account reviews of the ammo.
Probably this....

I have one of these and have put about a hundred rounds through it with no problems at all. Its a revolver, it works.
The difference between Silver Bear and Brown Bear and Golden Bear is the coating. Nickle coating, laquer coating, brass coating. They are all coatings. For instance the Golden Bear has a brass coating but IS NOT brassed cased.
I have a Gerber Hatchet with the knife in the handle, never had a problem with it. I also EDC a Gerber knife. Never had a problem with it either.
I don't know how Gerber has gotten such a negative persona.
I personally have been carrying the Gerber Crusader for two years. It has a form fitting handle that is comfortable and secure. As well, it has a clip so I keep it on my belt and have been carrying it this way for 6months and it is yet to fall off...
The only problem with them is that they now cost upwards of 500 dollars in my area, because they aren't being produced anymore.
Would love to have one. But for 500 ill pass.
One thing that no one has brought up is when buying things online, you should really only use a credit card, not a check card that is tied to you bank account. If someone gets a hold of your bank card you will have no money until it is fixed. I would be very weary of using a bank card online.
