I couldn't care less whether or not he has an opinion. However, if I were a public figure relying on the public for my livelihood I'd be a little more cautious before I spouted off the first thing that popped into my cranium.
You're welcome to be annoyed with what you want and spend your money...
One folder: Hinderer XM-24
One fixed blade: Busse Fusion Battle Mistress
I own both and would trust either to pretty much any task I have. I'd really hate to be in a position to only have one knife though...
I'm sure this has nothing to do with raising attention for his currently failing movie release. He's a Canadien ******bag weighing in on things that he knows nothing about. He's in over his head.
I agree with you completely Al. There seem to be an awful lot of people here who just sit around and wait to copy and paste a forum rule or say "use the search function". I wish they'd exercise their right to not litter up a post they have nothing to contribute to.
To the OP, thanks for the...
22-rimfire is right on about the hunting.
I'd respectfully disagree about Coal Creek. Their customer service sucks and their prices are higher than just about anyone around.
Frontier Firearms is just a few miles west on I-40, has better customer service and is opening an indoor range in the...
No particular order:
1. S&W model 610 (6.5" barrel)
2. GSG-5
3. Ed Brown Kobra
4. Ruger SR-556
5. Winchester model 95
6. Barrett 82A1 (it is a wish list, right??)
I'm sure something else will pop up in the next 51 weeks, but that's all I can think of right now.
For Christmas this year I got a new OWB, IWB and belt from C5 leather (http://www.c5leather.com/) and I couldn't be any happier with the quality. I've also owned and been really pleased with a Brommeland and a Milt Sparks SSII.
Thanks for the responses guys. I have one of the larger Pelican cases I use for my FNAR and love the quality and security of it. I guess if it's worth doing it's worth over-doing.
Mokin, the diaper bag idea is a good one. We may still have one left around the house, but we've probably either...
I've been looking for a couple of good range bags to carry my pistols to the range. Surfing around today I came across this Pelican laptop case. Looking at the dimensions I think I could fit two full sized 1911s, several magazines and even a box or two of ammo. Anyone tried this before? Even...
Look for a Dan Wesson "blemish" model if you can find one. Odds are you won't be able to see the blemish and you won't find a better 1911 for the money (IMHO).
