I've got a modest 1911 collection and was about to add to it when I decided to try a CZ out. After looking them over and talking to some really nice folks from the CZ factory at the Steel Challenge this year I decided on a CZ-75 Tactical Sports in .40S&W and my wife chose a CZ-75b Single Action. I picked up my TS yesterday and put ~200 rounds of my handloads through it without a single hiccup of any sort. It was very accurate, had a nice trigger and was smooth in function. Oh, and this was right out of the box, no cleaning or lubing, out of box and bang, bang, bang, until I burned up the ammo I brought with me. :D The considerable heft of the weapon made double taps easy. I'll have to do some more curls, drawing this weapon is not done without a slight amount of extra effort over the 1911/Hi-Powers I'm used to.
I used a Blade-Tech CZ-75 TS specific holster from Angus Hobdell's website and the fit of the holster was nearly perfect right out of the package. I'll need to tinker with the tension adjustment a little, but a great product. The quality of the Blade-Tech is very good and I'm sure it will last me a very long time.
The tear down and cleaning was marginally simpler than a 1911, no barrel bushing to deal with.
All together I'm very pleased so far. I'll do my first run and gun with it this weekend and can't wait.

That is one I would like to try, but have never seen one around here. Too high dollar to buy sight unseen and unhandled like I did my Witness Elite Match, which I like a lot.

I guess the Tactical Sports is not the kind of gun you see sitting around at very many shops. It's not like you see many Les Baer Premier II sitting around either and they are quite a few bucks more. I'm glad I picked one up the CZ-75 TS, I think it's going to be a good "run and gun" weapon.

It seems like quite a few 1911 owners also like the CZ-75. Glad you are enjoying your Tactical Sport so far!
