I was looking on RSR Group site and saw 2 revolvers I didn't know about. The M438 is a J frame Bodyguard with a blue/black finish like the M442. The M632 is a 6 round J frame with a 3" barrel which is chambered for the .327 Federal Magnum. I'm a little surprised these aren't on the S&W site but I guess they do lag a bit with posting new products.

Take a look from their Search Page.

That 632 sounds like it could be a really good pocket gun for those like me who dont like the recoil of the airweight .38s.

Still havent seen .327 mags on the shelf yet, though I avent really been looking.

Here's hoping that .327 gets approved for California. I'll buy one of every .327 Federal that gets approved here.

The 632 was produced in the early '90s but not
recently. THere's a rumour S&W will offer a
6 shot J-frame in .327 Fed Mag with a power port
Next Year, we'll see at the SHOT show in March

I was at the retail store in Springfield Mass. a week ago and they wouldn't admit that S&W was delivering 642's and 442's without locks.

RSR exclusives?

They order special runs for their distribution only, like Lew Horton and some others.

Maybe that's what thesee two are?

Lew Horton's are still shownn on the S&W web site as an
offering - no suggested price and when you click on check with
dealer it gives a link to LEw Horton website.

Also, "Distributor" runs are usually in a serial
number sequence with a unique letter prefix.

BlindJustice,
Go to the RSR site and you will see the M632 in .327 Federal Magnum is for sale right now. The RSR Group # is SW170329FC and it is a Pro Series revolver.
