Would it be a big deal to rechamber my 23-D Hornet ,to K-Hornet? Im concerned that the inability to remove the barrel, would complicate the rechambering process. (Im not familiar with this process, and was thinking of sending it out to be done, due to headspace problems.)

The K-hornet will clean up the chamber nicely with one exception. The neck of the K is .002" smaller than the standard hornet. This will probably shorten the life of your brass a but that depends greatly on how tight your resizing die is. George

George, I just bought a Redding bushing neck sizer, would that extend the life of the brass, when using an appropriate sized bushing? Also, can a smith rechamber this rifle, without removing the barrel from the receiver? Thanks-
