.416 Ruger loads?

Just bought a .416 Ruger Alaskan to use on Buffalo here in Australias Northern Territory, anyone had experience with loads using Win 760 and Win 748. Plan on useing Barnes 400 TSX and Woodleigh 400 gn Hydrostatically Stabilised Solid projectiles , Any feedback would be helpfull, shot last Buff with .300 Win Mag,220gn Partition, went down with one shot between the eyes but dont want to chance that again, Cheers,Ausdogbreath
