A question if I may, about a (semi)gun-related webpage: Madogre.com

I have just recently found this site, and the guy who writes it is very pro-gun. I have a couple of questions for those who know more about it than I:

The author sounds like a genuine good guy. Anybody know him? Am I correct in assuming he's another of my fellow Utahns?

Is he a member of THR?

I dunno, there's just something about his writing that's just so... familiar.

Apologies to the mods if this is not satisfactorily gun-related.
