For the rear attachment point, I would get a flush cup, drill a hole in the A2 stock, and epoxy it in. Plenty of people have done this. If you google it, you should find some more info. The rifle MOE stock would work too, but I personally wouldn't do it because an A2 stock has the perfect LOP for me, and the MOE is shorter. YMMV, as we are all built differently. For the front, I would attach one of the short rail sections that should have come with your handguard, and use some sort of picatinny rail mount for the sling, like a QD socket, HK hook, or just a 1.25" loop. Either that or you could use one of the sling mounts that attach using one of the holes in the handguard.
You definitely don't want to use the factory front sling mount, or anything else that attaches to the front sight block/barrel. At would partially defeat the purpose of the nice free float handguard.
FYI, that is the same type of setup I'm going with on my AR -- I have a 20" gov't profile that will soon be having the MOE handguard replaced with a 12" MI-SS Gen 2. It has a collapsible CTR stock on it though. I use a custom sling of my own design that is a side mount quick adjustable 2 point that also works as a quick loop shooting sling. The front hookup goes right in front of where my hand grabs the handguard. The rear attachment is near the butt pad. That setup has worked great for several run n gun events.
