I am picking up a ballister molina and am hearing mixed results on them feeding HPs reliably. I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice on the mags to use so i can rule out magazine malfunction.

I would prefer them to be inexpensive if possible, and 7 or 8 rounders.

From what I read I believe that wilson 47Ds are good at feeding HPs because of the way it feeds them into the chamber of the barrel. It holds them higher and more parallel to the barrel so it is a straight shot into position.

here is the article I read about them:

Wilson Combat or Chip McCormick Power Plus mags.

Both are 8-rounders and neither is cheap (the McCormick's are a little less than the Wilsons) but they are the cheapest way to go if you want to eliminate magazine-caused problems.

Have a smith look at the feed ramp and barrel. The normal cure for non feeding HP is to Throat and Polish.
