anyone know about these ammo companies?

Near where I live (Tampa Florida) there are two new (I think) ammo manufacturers. Has anyone heard of or dealt with Hurricane Ammunition or Lime Valley Ammunition? It looks like they sell new ammo as well as reloads. Would you buy reloads from these companies? If a company is regulated by the ATF, does that mean you can trust their reloads? It would be nice to buy ammo in bulk without having to pay shipping.

"...trust their reloads?..." The very real threat of law suits has more to do with it than anything the ATF says or does.
