hello,
i was wondering if they were a limit on the number of c&r rifles or handguns that i order with my o3 ffl? if so what is the number of rifles you can buy before getting a flag raised on you at the atf? flag means that if they see alot of rifles being purchased they may think you are going to start a war or terroist activity, but for reference i am logging all my rifles, i am just saying this before someone says you have to log them, which i know already,
thanks,
jon

No limit.

The only way ATF will know how many guns you have purchased is to audit your bound book. Since the dealers you buy from are shipping to a FFL, they are not required to inform ATF of "multiple purchases." As far as ATF is concerned, the guns are merely moving from one FFL to another FFL.

LOL There are Crufflers out there that have a LOT of guns. I've seen guys show pics of like 25 Mosins and you know they have just as many SKS, Mausers, Carcanos, etc, etc.

I think sometimes the only limiting factor is ammo availablity.

No limit.

I bought 6 CZ-52's the last time I ordered just to take the sting out of the air freight handgun purchases require. The shipping charges look better spread out over a larger number :p
