Cartridge : 115gr Xtreme thinly jacketed lead bullet (Silver State Armory)
Firearm : 6.8mm SPC gas-operated rifle with 20.0" barrel length
Block calibration : 9.9cm @ 598 ft/sec
Single shot fired from a distance of 10'. Impacted block at 2436 ft/sec, experienced heavy fragmentation, with the lead core exiting the top of the block at 11.5" depth. It then continued upward at a ~ 30 degree angle and was recovered at ~ 4" penetration in the bullet stop box. Bullet recovered at 0.650" average diameter and 80.6gr weight.
