I am in the market for a .22LR pistol, and I'm looking towards either the S&W 22A or the Beretta Neos.
My initial thoughts were leaning towards the Neos.
-The "ray gun" looks don't really bother me, and I'm a sci-fi guy, so it kinda works.
-My dad already has two 22A's, so this would be different. Since he has the 22A's, I'd get the Neos and then we would have one of each.
-The carbine kit which is coming to America was what really made the Neos attractive to me. And seeing pictures, I do like the looks when it is converted into a carbine.
What is stopping me however is the price. From what I've been able to find, the Neos is a few bucks more than the 22A, and the Conversion Kit looks to be at the moment the same price as the Neos.
So basically I can get either one gun that I can convert to a carbine with the Neos, or I could go with the 22A and then get a Rifle, so I'd have two guns.
So any thoughts?
