Big Town Gun SHow

This is a Dallas,TX specific thread so pardon my burning the bandwidth.

I haven't been to this show for a while because the % of non-gun items was ever increasing along with the prices on the gun stuff but I went again today and was frankly shocked.

They are down one building and only about 3 big time vendors and the rest is pure flea market. I wonder what kind of things might be going on behind the scenes to make this show dry up and blow away.

Was there another show in town this weekend?

I believe this was the last Big Town show as heard they were tearing the place down soon.. I thought about going but had to many chores to do. Sounds like I didn't miss anything.

I didn't know the site was being nixed. Makes sense. I'm in the northern reaches of town and there are so many things closing in the area nothing surprises me.

And no, you didn't miss a thing IMO.
