He advocated nonviolent resistance as a *supior weapon* compared with violent resistance!

How much trouble would you get in for stoping an IMMINENT THREAT TO YOUR LIFE by carrying withought a permit? WHO CARES, you'll be alive! Ask the jurors if they wish you dead. Because that is what you would be withought a gun. Ask them if they'd be willing to shoot you in the face themselves? Because that'd what they'd be doing.
But watch your butt, and try to do it legally first. If you get caught, you could have your guns taken away entirely.

only one private citizen in SF has a ccw,a private investigator who does work for the city. There are ppl who live here who's address is elsewhere
who have ccw's one of them is a regular on this board. He had to survive a gunfight to get his.
A cop I know said "just don't get caught" when I asked him what would he advise.
