NOTHING is terrorist proof.

Granted... but modifying placement of structures, adding tactical access/engress points, adding barriers and natural blockage, enhancing casement, modifying glass, and siting architectural structures all adds to greater anti-terrorism designs; as I indicated earlier.

And that makes us as a nation safe how? Maybe that discourages an attack on one building, or maybe it just changes their MO. If they're determined to attack us they'll attack us.
