Bushnell 3200 Elite Reticle

I'm going to get a Bushnell 3200 Elite this week, primarily for target shooting. I looked at a couple of 4-12x40's one with the MultiX reticle and one with the Ballistic reticle. I like the Ballistic, but don't have any experience with them. Does anyone have this, and is it worth the extra bucks?

I have the Bushnell 3200 3-9x48 with the MultiX reticle. It's just fine. obviously you'll need to estimate the holdover for Ballistics, range & wind. I personally didn't get the one with the BDC because of price. I have a 4200 with a mil-dot recticle I love in 6-24x40
