CCI Shot Shells for Beretta 96FS?

I did a search but could not find an answer to my question-

would these damage the rifling of my barrel on my Beretta 96FS? Do they cycle well? http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/cb.aspx?a=289683

I think (I don't know for certain but have heard from numerous people) that use bird shot in a rifled shot gun barrel can screw it up-causing it to be inaccurate. I never do that since I have multiple shotguns (bird/trap gun, deer gun, HD gun).

I almost got bit by a rattler today while out in the field (yes we have them in MN). I love to eat snake so the snake wouldn't go to waste...

I have never seen the CCI shot shells cycle ANY auto well.

CCI shotshells cycle my S&W 39, one of two 1911's, and one Glock .40 perfectly.

The only sure way to find out if they will cycle your Beretta is to try it.

They will not harm any gun.
