Could you give us a range report when you get your new shooter?
Congratulations, I think it'll serve you well.

Yes I will I also picked up a tcp will give a range report on that in the autoloader section

If it don't say Colt, Ruger, or S&W, pass it by.

My Charter Bulldog is insulted.

I have an SP-101 and a S&W M37, but the only revolver I carry is the Bulldog Pug .44 Spl. I like the M37, but .44 Spl. > .38 Spl. The SP-101? If I had it to do over again, I'd have let that one sit on the shelf for some other fool. It's grossly overweight and has a crappy action. I think about selling it regularly, but remember it's nice to have a couple of guns that can be stashed and not worried about, because you don't particularly care about them.

I know the OP made his decision but perhaps others will find these pictures informative.

Top to bottom LCP, J frame, Glock 26. Honestly I think the G26 is closer in size to the revolvers than the LCP. I got out my calipers and at its widest point the glock is 1.2" wide, the J frame is 1.3" and the LCP is 0.80". The grips of each are 1.18, 1.22 and 0.77" respectively. I didn't measure my SP101 but it is notably heavier and feels and appears larger than the the other revolvers.

uh, you won't find a 6 shot revolver, or even a 5 shot revolver, the size of a LCP. just FYI. (i'm not counting those goofy NAA 22's)
