I picked up a PM9 recently and decided to go with Tetra Gun Grease for the sliding parts. I haven't messed around with grease too much, so I'm unsure of how much is enough. I normally use oil, but want to start adhering to greasing sliding parts and oiling rotating parts.
I put a very small bead on each of the 4 rails (2 on slide, 2 on the steel inserts in the polymer) and spread it evenly as best I could. I also put a small bead under the hood that slides over the barrel. I oiled up the rest of the gun as normal. Does this sound right?
Sorry if it seems like a silly question. I just don't want to under lube the gun. Any help or tips are appreciated. Thanks!
