I picked up a Colt SF-VI 38 special 2 inch at a gun show and was wondering if I did ok. It looks to be in origanel condition with box and papers and very good shape. It has the factory grips going by the pics I can find on it. Seems it was made in 1995 and 1996 but that was it. I shoot all my guns but might take it easy on this one being as it was a short run. Cant figure out the pic thing yet. $500 to much? Or did I buy WAY to early LOL.

If it is in like new condition, you did great! They aren't a collector gun but that is a fine shooter and a great gun that'll last you a lifetime. Revolvers are making a comeback in popularity and the pricing reflects it! These days, that gun with box and papers, that is a good deal.....

That's a good price, I purchased one about 3 years ago and paid the same price. I thought it was a good deal back then. Sort of a sleeper, they only made them for a couple of years.
