Custom kydex/nylon sheath

Who do you recommend for a good kydex and nylon sheath? I like the rigidity and protection of kydex but I also want the flexibility of nylon webbing to secure it on my belt.

Also, are Eagle Sheaths part of Ka-Bar now? I've looked for information about them and the only thing I can find is Eagle sheaths for Ka-Bar knives.
