Below is a copy of a series of emails ( Read from the BOTTOM UP )between myself and TT GunLeather.. It deals with holster that they built for me in the Milt Sparks VM II style.. Since I had bought this last October, they had made some improvements including Directional Snaps .. My request was to BUY the snaps.. and question if the holster could be re-dyed at whatever charges are incurred.... as you can see from the response.. they are going to SEND ME BACK the old holster and replace it witha NEW ONE ..
Most Maunfacturers would have said "SORRY.... THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO"
Here is the web site if anyone is interested This comes under the heading of BUY WITH CONFIDENCE"

Tim,
There is no way anyone can improve on your TRUE customer service.. Most companies ( if not all ) would have said sorry there is nothing we can do.. But you have gone way above and beyond..I will post this email on as many "weapon" forum boards as possible to spread the word and of course at our shop.

Best regards
Sal
Oh and by the way Black will be fine for the new holster

Hi Sal, I am sending back your holster tomorrow and I am going to make you a new one. Sorry for the trouble but I'm sure you will be happy with the new process that keeps the holster more rigid and water resistant. Just give me a few weeks to get it out to . I will send you a tracking number when it ships. Let me know what color you would prefer - black or cordovan.

Thanks, Tim
