Now, this is PRECISELY the kind of 'accessory' a self-respecting woman should have. Nice!

(My Kimber is already lusting after your grips......)

Nice pistol, Tams.

Is it just the pics or do the grip screws stick out a bit? The way they look it appears they could chew a hole in your hand after a day or two of heavy shooting.

Hey, that looks like my Colt CCO's bigger, and more stylish, brother. Especially after I added a set of thin black Alumagrips.

Well gun lady, You just cost me $700 today as I had to order one from my local toy store. Will be here tomorrow. VERY NICE looking with the additions you put on.

Nice Blaster!

Tam,
Nice Blaster.......

I carry a lightweight compact[4" slide/"O"model length frame] allot, and it is noticeably easier to carry IWB than my all steel compact. But I will say, the holster/belt makes the difference. If I remember, you carry IWB.....if so, what holster are you using?

I must say, thats a nice pair....of grips:cool:

BTW, where is your Grieder slide-stop?;)

I always thought of Darth Vader as more of a P99 type.........

I could see Han Solo carrying one.........

Oh, and I think Yoda would have a Ruger MkII.

I have wanted a two tone 1911 ever since I saw a Combat Elite some years ago. Now those carbon grips....hmmm...

I see Skunky did not propose...

Tams, if you're trying to give him a hint, I can loan you a large titanium spring. Put that in a photo with those grips, and it should push him over the edge.

Denny Hansen,

Is it just the pics or do the grip screws stick out a bit?

It's mostly the pic (the grip material surrounding them is transparent.) They do stand the tiniest bit proud of the grips, but are hemispherical. The checkering on the grips would wear your hand out long before you even noticed the screws.
