Does anyone know about Davidson's? All I know is they got a bunch of clean gun pics. Could someone tell me what their site is or at least where some pics of theirs are?

My uncle is an FFL and he deals with Davidson's as one of his distributor's. My dad just bought a Ruger P89 from him. The best thing about Davidsons is the waranty. If there is ever anything wrong with your gun, you return it to them and they give you a new gun for free. No questions asked. You do pay a little more for this warranty obviously. I believe my dad paid around $389 for a P89. Also only came with one mag but it does have the Hougue grips and is inscribed as some sort of Daividson's special edition. Dad's Birthday was last week so I got him two preban mags, a holster and 400 rounds of ammo. He shot all 400 rounds in one sesseion.

My FFL buys from them occasionally. I got my Bushmaster A3 Shorty through them and it was supposedly "allocated" at the time. They were still able to ship it that day. I got it quick and paid a good price, plus I like how you can see what they have in stock online.

I've purchased two model from them via my FFL dealer (brother). They do charge a bit more but I do suppose that compensates for thier warranty. As long as it's a reputable manufacturer, I'll buy from whatever distributor has better pricing. I do see Davidson's as one of the better distributors for "distributor exclusives".
As far as allocations go, Each salesperson is allwed a certain number of models considered to be of limited quantity/availability. This number is based on thier sales. The more they sell, the more allocated models they're given to sell. They in turn will usually offer these models to thier better customers. The more your dealer buys from them, the better chance they'll be offered one of these allocated models.

They are a distributor. You wont be purchasing directly from them unless you are an FFL.

Totaly reputable and great warrenty!

I've purchased 2 guns through them. The actual sale is from one of your local dealers. These dealers are notified by Davidson's about what you're looking for and they respond giving their best price. You then choose who you will buy from. The sales I've had were flawless. The prices, because they are bid by local ffl's, are great.
