Difference in .223 and .308 scope?

I am using .223 cammed scope for my HK91. Does anyone know what's the difference, if much, between .223 cammed and .308 cammed scope at various distance?

Is there way to substitute .223 scope on .308 rifle by adjusting BDC knob?

I see that there is no huge difference is POI within 300 yards.

Thanks Zak, I don't think HK91 is accurate enough to notice the difference at 400+ yards. I think I will be fine with .223 scope on HK91.
