Dress Gun Belts

I like the reinforced Uncle Mikes Law Enforcement Reinforced Holster Belt/Dress Belt. It's a thin dress belt that they describe as:
* Smart dress belt appearance, but with the rigidity to support even the heaviest handgun
* Laminated 1 1/4 inch construction sandwiches a polymer stiffener between two layers of Nytek nylon
* Belt remains flexible and is no thicker than an average leather dress belt, yet provides a good platform for carrying a holstered gun, radio and other accessories
* Belts are available in dress black
* Brown and Burgundy Cayman Lizard available in limited sizes
No, its not the equal of a proper full width gunbelt, but its the best I've seen for a solid skinny dress belt. It's not even that spendy, with an MSRP of $41.16

(of course,if you have something better, let me know)

Surely there are some folks other than Milt Sparks.

My problem is that double thick dress belts are too large to fit through belt loops once you are are buckled. I cant get a double thick belt to go through a belt loops twice for the end.

I wear shirts and ties to work every day and I use two semi- dress leather belts and have a third dress belt for wear with suits. I alternate monday through friday with beltman 1 1/4 black leather/nickel and a 1 1/4 brown horsehide/brass belt. I have received many compliments on both of these.

My suit dress belt is a gorgeous black sharkskin with nickel as shown here http://thebeltman.net/shark.htm.

I have been real impressed with my belts as they hold up the weight of my j-frame with ease and they look real nice at the same time. If your looking for something really impressive ive been drooling over Tucker's Gunleather with the sterling buckels for years. I hope to own one myself someday.

Bulman gunleather

Has the Urban Gun Belt (UGB) specifically designed to be dressy. Been wearing mine in the office for several years. Handsome and comfortable.
