Experience with Rainier Bullets

Hey guys, I'm just starting out and have some questions. I'm using in my 40 S&W beretta and loading 180grain plated TC. I'm using this recipe off of alliants website.

these are max loads. I'm using 4.5grains of Bullseye. Is anyone loading a simillar load? I started out using the max loads and I'd like to work down to conserve on powder.

Rainier recommends using non- jacketed lead loading information, FWIW.

I use their .45ACP plated 230 gr. round nose and have 0 complaints.

I was just courious to see what what other kinds of loads people were using with bullseye and that bullet. I'm gonna go down to 4.3grains and see what the performance is. I'm looking for a target rounds. If anyone else uses rainier 180grain with bullseye in a 40S&W Id like to see what your loads are.
