Favorite 22lr Rifle

Boy, I'm goin out on a limb here but, since I am el cheapo, I choose my Romanian 22 Trainer as my favorite 22 rifle. I even pick it over my Ruger 10/22 which it "smokes" in terms of accuracy.

This thing, with its long barrel, shoots CCI CBs as quiet as a hand clap. I don't have to wear hearing protection and the varmints don't know what hit 'um.

My favorite by default

I know it's cheezy, but my favorite has to be the M16-A2 the Army issued me. What can I say? It's like an old pair of jeans: fits right, looks good, and I'm always ready to wear it.

marlin golden model 39A.it eats shorts and long rifles interchangably.shorts great for the quiet shots that dont scare all the pigeons away.its the most accurate 22 lr ive ever had.

Another vote for the Marlin Model 60

Older Model 60 with the 18 round tube mag. Bought used from an estate sale for $75 last year.

A nice cheapie scope I had laying around, a few blocks of CC Blazers and a whole lot of cheap fun for under $100.

I Love my Henry Yellowboy. I dont use it for target shooting just plinking. Man is it a fun gun and it is a good shooter too. Radmeter

I don't know if I actually have a favorite, but I dearly love my 52D with 10x Lyman SuperTargetSpot. I have tried to atache a pic. I hope it comes out right. Regards.

Here is another one I rather like. My 541THB in Turner sporter bench stock done in Maple. I like 22s!

Radmeter, Thats what its all about plinking and having fun.

Lawboy, Dang is that enough scope for ya? Just kidding. Nice rifles.

Soldierpete Heck its a 22 aint it.:)

Very Nice rifles.

ya think? hehe!:D
you haven't seen the t36 on the custom 77/22 bench gun, or the 44MAG scope on the CZ varminter, hehe:rolleyes:
In my defense, I do shoot the BSA International MkII with the original Parker-Hale micrometer, double peep sights. Some of us have a true affinity for the lowly .22lr.

This is my favorite plinker. There is really no substitute for a full capacity mag on a plinker. ;)
