You are using the old High Contrast theme. We have installed a new dark theme for you, called UI.X. This will work better with the new upgrade of our software. You can select it at the bottom of any page.
Wouldn't hurt to call them to find out-that way, as was said, you can notify them of the spoof calls if not. But it sounds legit to me, and I find it strangely satisfying that they're warning people to be on guard.
Ok, I'm going to close this. I ask the OP to call them and find out. PM me if there is resolutions and I will reopen with that info.
