Gotta brag

Re: Post #24,

It's stupid but true. I set up a facebook account for one of the above-pictured boys today, and he wanted to use a shooting picture for his profile. I had to remind him that he can't talk about shooting or show pictures of guns. It's stupid, politically correct, and over-cautious, but that's what we are working with today.

Then he didn't believe it when I told him that when I was in high school, not only did we take guns to school as shop projects, our principal insisted we bring the finished ones to his office for inspection.

That's great! Keep up the good work. And maybe starting getting her friends into shooting too. :D

Picture of a little girl and her first shot bullseye...Priceless!

Thanks for sharing.

A) That girl is absolutely adorable beyond words.
B) Great shot! That's one to go in the time capsule!!! (or get framed!)

I wanna see those smiles,,,

Just last week I purchased a gently used "Crickett - My First Rifle",,,
Just so I have something appropriate for my little friends.

No kids of my own but lots of friends who do have plenty,,,
Now I finally have a rifle short enough for them.

Next week I'm taking a friend and his 8-year old son to the range,,,
Hopefully we'll make some picture worth smiles as well.

You know, I bet you she will remember that day for the rest of her life.

Awesome picture! My son is not up to lead shooting guns yet but he sure knows his way around NERF type guns lol and he is 2.

I'm sure he'll do fine when I finally let him shoot for the first time.

You were right to brag! great shooting.

Awesome pic. Some of my fondest memories with my daughter are shooting sessions.

You have every right to brag and be proud. Thanks for sharing with us.
