I've seen a great deal of very nice photography on the forum, both from the owner and many different members, and it got me wondering if anyone here produces firearm art in different media.
Here's a few things I've done:
This was for an art class I took. The assignment was to make a picture using three of the styles we "learned" in class. This is a buddy's AR-15, done on three pieces of 18x24 paper, total dimensions 2ftx4.5ft.
This was done for my Photoshop class. Its a digital painting (ie I started with blank screen and drew/colored/shaded/textured everything manually) done for a scientific illustration assignment. Just ignore the captions and the cutaway view of the internal workings, I know they're not right. I spent so much time making the actual guns that I had to fudge everything else when the deadline got close. Original size 2000x1600 pixels.
