Gun Debate on Art Bell Last Night?

Last night/early this morning I thought I heard a gun control debate on Coast to Coast with Art Bell. I believe it was a rebroadcast from 1994 and it dealt with the AWB during the last hour of the show. Did anyone hear too and if so who were the people involved in the debate?

All I remember clearly is that the pro-gun guy was from Alaska and the anti-gun guy was real arogant and insulting to gunowners. I would like to know who the anti-gun person was so I can find out how he took the sunset of the ban and the continued expansion of gun rights and gun ownership in the USA since the interview. Assuming such information exists.

I was asleep when it started and I think I only caught the last 10-20 minutes of the debate so I did not hear that part.

I used to work the night-shift, and I listened to Mr. Bell every night on the way home. Man, that guy will believe anything! Still, quite an amusing show, and yes, he did come across as quite the libertarian.

A friend of mine met him, and apparently he's a really nice, down-to-earth guy.

Isn't Art Bell semi-retired from his radio show since 2002? I use to turn into his show back in the late 90s. I have not listen to him since mid 2001. After I moved I realized no local radio stations carried his show. Well, at least, now I get a full night of sleep. There was some truly entertaning people, and subjects on that show.

I have seen Art Bell out shooting.
I lived in Pahrump up until the first of this year. I have driven by his house twice in the last month to go shooting.

"Man, that guy will believe anything!"
Well, not that it matters, but he said on pretty much ever show he ever did that he does a radio show and isn't going to say one way or the other what he belives or doesn't believe.

I miss listening, I work nights. Art is quite pro-gun, and has a CCW. He posted a pic of it on the webcam when some cretin suggested his name was not actual.

George Noory is just not the same, and Coast to Coast Am has suffered for it.

He's a great talk show host--one of the best ever. Anyone who can make hours of paranoid rantings interesting and get as many millions of listeners as he did is amazingly good. From about 1998 to 2000 his show was at the top of its game. Since then it's declined in quality with a series of replacement hosts who are much more "true believers" than Bell ever was.

I got in to AM over the summer as one of the other interns bought a subscription and we listened to the archives during the day. Didn't get into the aliens/big foot/reptilians but really enjoyed the terrorism and nuke shows.
