Just about all rap songs haha.

I'm not hating on it, I love good rap, but more songs than not are about guns

The Warren Zevon song is "Lawyers, Guns and Money" (in that order not the order it was given earlier.)

The Irish Folk Song "The Rifles of the IRA"

"Trigger Happy" by Weird Al Yankovic

Then there are alot of "gun songs" about shooting or having shot people....
"Hey Joe" by Billy Roberts
"Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen
"Knockin' on Heaven's Door" by Bob Dylan (later COVERED by Guns N Roses)
"I Shot the Sheriff" by Bob Marley

The list goes on and on.....

-InkEd

P.S. There is no such thing as "good" song
by Shinedown (or Nickelback FWIW.)

At the risk of posting something that may not be appropriate on a gun forum, here's Cheryl Wheeler's anti-gun song. I guess it depends on your point of view as to whether it's anti-gun or not, but I do believe she intended it to be anti or to poke fun at gun owners at least. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tflaLcu4Xfk

"Don't forget the guns. You know exactly what I mean. Bring the pistols, bring the Uzi, and the old AR15. We don't look for trouble, but by golly, if we're in it, it's nice to know we're free to blow 900 rounds/minute." :D

I have a 13 yr. old daughter that looks 17! Rodney Atkins---Cleaning this Gun - I play it whenever i pick her up from school - REAL LOUD!

Gringo Pistolero, Craig Chambers

"Oiled his big colt automatics, and by daylight he was gone..."

"Pull the sights up to 800 and hold a yard left for the wind, there's one by god adviso that will never flash again; weeping red tears from a third eye that he cannot feel, a gift from the Springfield of the Gringo Pistolero."

Dang! Dylan and Jimi are 2 of my favorite artists. Why didn't I immediately think of Machine Gun and Knocking on Heaven's Door?
Not so much a gun song, but Arcade Fire's "Haiti". The lady singing's parents fled Haiti before she was born when the dictator was killing civilians like a nazi. Not my favorite song by them, but they are the real deal, folks. Don't seem to have as much of a following in the US,but they are HUGE in Canada and Europe. Took the 2010 Grammy for best album of the year. Next day they performed at the Brit Awards where they took best international album and best international band. Rolling Stone gave there first album,Funeral, #6 spot for best album of the decade. Check out some of their concert videos shot in Europe during 2010 and this year. So far after stumbling across them performing on ACL in 2007 I have met exactly one other fan.

I'll probably get a warning from the mods on this post, but I LOVE AF!!!
